House plants are the best! I consider myself to be the average plant owner. I love caring for them and try my best but don’t always get it right. I have done my fair share of research and collected a lot of plants, but some remain sturdier than all others no matter my care.

  1. Snake Plant. No surprise here this is one easy plant! It’s sturdy, never droops, is fine in shady corners, and doens’t need much watering. Basically just don’t over water it and you’ll be fine! I water mine every 2-3 weeks depending. OH and a bonus, it cleans your air by removing pollutants and adding oxygen!

  2. ZZ Plants. Guys, same care as the snake plant, so easy! I keep mine in my shady bedroom and water it about every two weeks.

  3. Rubber Plant. The burgundy variety of this plant is beautiful! Just as easy care but give it a little more sunlight, full to partial sun is ideal and water every 1-2 weeks or when potting mix is dry.

  4. Pothos Marble. This plant drapes beautifully off a shelf and doesn’t need much light! I use it to add a little green to my bathroom. Water about once a week!
